Everything you share with Sanctuary is confidential. We do not share your information with ACS, courts, or anyone else without your explicit written consent.

What Happens When You Reach Out

1

You contact Sanctuary

By email or any method that feels safe to you. You only need to share what you are comfortable sharing.

2

Intake conversation

A brief, confidential discussion about your situation and needs. No judgment. No forms to fill out first.

3

We identify your needs together

Together, we figure out what support would be most helpful right now — legal, emotional, practical, or all three.

4

You are connected to services

We make warm introductions — not cold referrals. A specific person will be expecting your call or email.

5

Your advocate stays with you

A dedicated peer advocate becomes your consistent point of contact — through court, through recovery, through reunification.

Privacy notice: Your information is confidential. Reaching out to Sanctuary does not create a legal relationship. We are not a law firm. Contacting us does not notify ACS, courts, or any other agency.
